Its Official !

As you all know in the spring I took my broker’s course. It felt a little crazy being in a classroom and studying for exams after all these years out in the field. There was purpose. As of the beginning of August, I am now Broker of Record for RE/MAX Hallmark Joy Verde Group Realty.

It is your repeat business and amazing referrals that have allowed my continued success and I could not have done this without your support.  Starting my own brokerage is not about building a big team of agents to work under my name. I will remain a team of 2 (Maura and myself) and I will still be as hands on as ever in helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. The change to RE/MAX Hallmark Joy Verde Group simply reflects my 25+ years in the business and wanting to manage my own administrative responsibilities, expenses and having more control over the business I have built.
