Continually at Your Service
One of the first things prospective home Buyer’s hear from me when we tour a property is “anticipate spending 1-2% of the value of your home in annual maintenance.” Your home is your biggest asset and it is important to take care of your investment. Some years will be less financial taxing than others, but every homeowner should be prepared financially to make necessary updates when required.
As we move into winter, the elements tell us a lot about the condition of our homes. Drafty windows and doors, ice damming on roofs or pests looking for a warm home are some of the symptoms of a home that needs a little preventative maintenance. On a weekly basis I get a phone call or an email from a client asking for advice or a trade recommendation. Based on this, I decided to compile and provide you with my list of preferred contacts and trades.
I am constantly adding and updating the list based on recommendations and feedback. Please continue to reach out to me. If you have a trades person you would like to support or think I should know about, let me know. Like Realtors, often the best contractors rely solely on word of mouth, and client referral.
